Custom Blended Aromatherapy

Lisa is  Integrative Aromatherapy® Certified and is well qualified to help you find the appropriate blend or product to address your health concerns. In addition to her certification and specialized coursework, she has also completed an Aromatherapy Teacher Training course. 


Please note, Lisa does NOT align herself with any particular oil company. Her intent in doing this is to avoid any perceived conflict of interest for her clients.  Her goal is to help achieve wellness, not profit by selling oils someone may not need. If you already have oils of your own, you can still benefit from a consultation with Lisa. She can help you formulate effective blends and assure that you are using your oils appropriately. 


Lisa is the only Certified Aromatherapist currently hired by the Froedtert hospital system; she consults with patients to determine the best complementary treatment to support their healing journey.   


As a former Special Education teacher, Lisa knows that there are many individuals seeking alternative treatments for Autism, ADD/ADHD, and Anxiety for themselves or their loved ones. Aromatherapy offers scientifically proven relief for many when the right combination of essential oils are used. 


With safety being of the utmost importance, Lisa takes into consideration each individual's health history and medications to avoid any contraindications. 


Although there is a tremendous amount of information available on the web about essential oils, not all of it is accurate or interpreted correctly. To make sure you are getting the most benefit from oils, while utilizing them in the safest way, contact Lisa for a consultation or customized product. 


Lisa is available for:

  • Teaching Oil Safety classes
  • Make and Take activities (these are great for girl's nights, personalized gift giving, parties, showers, etc.)

Mindfulness/ Meditation Coach

Lisa has been trained to teach Mindfulness/Meditation to both adults and children. 


As our lives become busier and increasingly stressful, more and more people are finding value in the practices of mindfulness and meditation.
